We offer a flat shipping fee of $9.99 for orders within Canada. However, you can enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 within Canada.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within Canada at this time.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 21 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange, as long as they have not been worn.

    To initiate a return, email everyme22@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.

  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned.

  • Will I be charged for return shipping?
    Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, in which case we will cover the return shipping fees.

  • How long does it take to process a return?
    Once we receive your returned items, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your return and issue a refund or exchange.

  • When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, and you should see the funds in your account within 3-5 business days after the return is processed.

    Yes! If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
